Aiyana – Good song choice! Don’t start so deep in the stage otherwise be in the shade of the lighting. Bags of talent just need to develop your range to be even better so you can go up the gears more smoothly. Always tough to start the show, but you did a good job!
Amelia - Bit different to do a classical version of a pop song, potentially too much focus on nailing the song vocally which you did rather than expression and performance click here for the facial expressions whilst singing. Very original version of the song. Lovely voice!
Bethan - Liked the song choice but a hint of classical twang to your singing which you either need to embrace or eradicate. Need to learn the subtleties of facial expression did bring more colour and range of emotion. Also perform to the end as it was an awkward finish. Good movement, need to work on feeling the track.
Chanel - Fantastic original song, lots of character and a strong message we can all relate too. Going forward keep developing the facial expression and performance to be even better! Great voice, very distinctive. Your jazzy, husky vocals suit the song.
Ella Jay - You performed and sung it well and had a distinctive look. You expressed the emotion in the song well the only downside was it was a very dated song, click here for good audition songs. Great energy and attitude. What a belting voice! Good stage presence.
Eve Pitt - Song is strong and the lyrics link superbly at times, others need a little developing and avoid looping too much. Good theme and one we can all relate too so you are on the right lines. Very Billy Bragg! Your guitar work was secure. If you haven’t recorded this track, do it. It has huge potential.
Ffion - You have the sweetest of vocal tones, need to add additional emotions to the song, irony, hope and pleasure rather than all depressing and pain. Click here for the importance of facial expressions whilst singing. Great feeling and delivery in this performance. Make sure you warm up fully before you go on stage! You’ve become more confident since the last round.
Holly May - Lovely tone and rasp to your vocal, loved you made the song your own. You looked like you had a lot more vocally in the engine too! Great voice and a brilliant range.
Jahna Lucero - Liked the change up in the song it suited your vocal just move more where the song is taking you. With better dynamics you could really drive through the chorus. Click here for more on music dynamics. Nice finish and something different with the dance routine. You looked great and really showcased all you talents.
Josh - You are on the cusp of something but the message of this song isn’t fully clear. Lovely chorus and working around that just need to bind in the story. Enjoyed your performance. Guitar work was great. You should work with a songwriter to help you shape your work better.
Laura-Rose Layden - Need to watch your posture as you’re hunching slightly. Stand tall and proud. Great theatrical performance, just take care as you develop to find yourself and your personality on stage as you have a super vocal. Technically strong, nicely shaped. You deserve your place in the grand final.
Livvy K - Good work with your expression with your eyes, look to develop the expressing and delivery in other repetitive sections of the song. You had a call summer vibe look click here for the importance of music synergy and image. Good attitude and sassy performance. Awesome, you’ve made a fan here.
Lucy Moore - You have a sassy look but the song was dated and would have benefitted from a modern twist or a sprinkle of your own vibe click here for more on how to do music covers. Great voice.
Martha Clements - You have a depth to your songwriting, with a tweak in delivery and timing you can make them even more haunting. Together with developing the chorus to even more memorable. You have a good range.
Morgan - Come such a long way in the last 3-4 years and improved as singer so much, need to add additional emotions to the song, irony, hope and pleasure rather than all depressing and pain. Click here for the importance of facial expressions whilst singing. Lovely feeling and commitment to this song. Love the new hair! Great strong voice but need to be careful with pitching.
Olivia Crawford - The chorus needed more of a lead in for more impact and the chorus hook needed more prominence click here for tips on that killer pop chorus. Nice power behind your voice. Clearly a worthy finalist.
Olivia Haggarty - One of the best vocals of the day, you have a booming vocal! Remember to work that stage and engage with the audience more. Loved your dress. Good dynamics. Great voice and control.
Out of the Box - Nicely worked harmonies and a well-practiced routine. Click here for more on singing groups but well done girls spot on! Nice blending routine.
Rachel Ann - Fantastic control and having smashed it in every round, it was an amazing version of this song! Would be cool to see you do your ownn songs! Total connection to the emotion in the song and nailed it vocally again. The build up of tension in the song was great. You've got an impressive vocal range and an excellent vocal to match. One of the most captivating performances I've ever seen in this competition.
Rai-Elle - A committed performance albeit a dated song choice, click here for good audition songs. You pushed your vocal too hard and lost your control slightly at times. Good delivery and committed performance. What a voice!
Rhiannon Sharkey - Very festival friendly, just try and find your unique edge before you become too generic. Funny- made me laugh. Loads of personality in this performance. Great delivery and lyrical wittiness.
Samantha Lavery - Lovely rasp to your vocal, the image is great and the original song has a lot of potential. The performance and facial expression is the areas to work on. Portray the emotion in the eyes. Very striking look. Confident performance.
Sarah Ikumu - Click here for the importance of a good quality music backing tracks. You performed and moved round the stage effortlessly needed to have your own touch to the song click here for more on how to do music covers. Good fun energy and a good powerful vocal. Quality of the backing track wasn’t very good. Image was really lovely.
Tabitha Jade - Love the expressing in the eyes and a lovely connection between performers. The girls look great. Personalities really shone through. Commercially already polished. Strong attention to detail in this performance.
Talis Eros - You currently would do well on X Factor is that where you want to go or do you want to be an artist in your own right? You have a lovely voice. Very natural and interesting. Nice vocal tone and confident delivery. Very comfortable on stage.
Tasha Jerawan - Lovely flowing song delivered with a calculated progression. Very sensitive. Great vocal. Great performance. Good chorus and catchy melody.
The Outskirts - Brave for the girls to start singing different lines, there was however too much focus on the singing rather than bringing a performance which was a little nervy which in time and more performance you can nail to be even better. Get gigging to gain more experience as a group.
