KRS of Dance – Great use of the stage to give us the most visually. You guys looked great in your outfits and your moves are well timed. Lovely smiley faces which showed your enjoyment. Great energy! To take you to the next level, you need to be more adventurous with your dance moves.
Indie – Good idea to start on the floor for something different, however take care with your mic control and breathing, click here for tips on microphone technique for singers. You have a super tone but look to work on the projection to be even better as that will give more impact and power to your performance. Try not to copy the accent of the person whose song you’re singing, be your own person! You chose a difficult song to sing and you handled it so well.
Brent – Good choice of music to make it current and give a modern feel, that always gives a good impression especially with your facial expressions too. Look to use that stage more! Your performance was well rehearsed, very good. There’s more technique needed in your performance, that will improve your act. Well done!
Savannah – Try and relax more, you seem very tense. Perhaps either consider drama classes and/or perform as much as you can; film and review what you are doing. Vocally you need to focus more as you were slightly out with your timings at various points. Great to see you being original with your own raps, that shows good creativity click here for more on performing a creative cover. With more passion in the performance, you will go far. Be more confident as you have the ability to take it further, click here for tips on building stage confidence as a singer.
Tara Superhero – Super control even on some complex and difficult moves. You’ve got a big future ahead of you. Technically beautiful, great characterisation with a great entrance!
Whitney O'Nicholas – You have bags of ability, however look to develop your microphone control at times when you are looking to project with your vocal you aren’t drawing the mic away gradually so the projection is smooth, click here for tips on microphone technique for singers. Similar point- don’t force the vocal and lose control. More performances will iron out these issues in time. You have a beautiful smile and a really unique voice. Your confidence on stage was good, keep this up.
Zoe Forward – A lovely smiley performance which is always engaging for an audience. You could look to commit even more to using the stage, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers. Take care with your pitch as sometimes you lose focus and therefore your tuning slightly. A good vocal coach will be able to help you to be even better, click here for for tips on singing teachers and finding the right singing teacher. Lovely delivery of the song with touches of individuality. Enjoyable performance.
Theresa Delaney – Nice vocal control, you need to develop using dynamics to know when to really show off your vocal now. Work the dynamics and it will show the chorus and your vocal to its ultimate best, click here for more on adding vocal dynamics. You’ve got such a strong, clean belt. Well done on a shining performance. You’re destined for musical theatre.
Rosie Hollins – You saw her here first! As good as we’ve seen a singer of her age; super control, good use of your hands to add additional non-verbal communication and a lovely tone! And a lovely smile; never lose that! Amazing voice from such a tiny person. Your vocal range is great. A little star in the making!
Jason – Well acted but it needs a bit more snap, at times it felt a little robotic yet you have the ability to stamp your personality over the performance. Varying the dynamics and delivery would have kept the interest going until the end. Loved your interpretation of the song. Such an engaging performance, well done.
Jordan Nash – A lovely interpretation and choreography backed up with some good impression and use of props. The delivery of your dance needs to be smoother and more emotionally expressed. Acting through dance is one of my favourite things, and not often achieved. You have a great dance technique.
Rebecca Christina Barry – Good expression to give us the emotion in the song, also consider embracing the positivity and optimism and not just the pain and sorrow, click here for tips on how to sing with emotion. Look to come to the front of the stage more to connect even more to your audience. Your breathing and mic control need a little more attention too, click here for tips on microphone technique for singers.
Eddie Jones – You have lots of ability, great to see you perform and work the stage just take care not to force the performance and over cook it. Not convinced the song choice best suited your vocal, you didn’t sing it with the best clarity, click here for more on the importance of song choice. Lovely image and attitude!
Evie B – Great to see you performing your own songs and not only that, one with a lot of potential. Writing your own songs is so important as an artist as it defines you as an artist and potentially you have a better connection to translate a message in the song. Keep writing songs as much as you can as you have lots of potential. Work on your stage presence to bring everything up to another level, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers.
Sophie Dundas – Beautiful song choice, but look to use that stage more to give us more of a performance, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers. Commit more to the vocal at times your vocal was a little thin, so concentrate on every note and word to ensure you’re consistent with your projection in particular. A lovely flow to the song with peaks and troughs- you told a beautiful story.
Andreea Viliman – You are a natural performer with bags of ability. Look to work out the whole performance just a few pauses that prevented it flowing even better. Vocally, make sure you don’t force the vocal and lose your control. Don’t forget to perform even when the song goes into an instrumental, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers.
Lily Van Veen – Good use of props and costume. All leading to a well worked use of music and performance to convey a concise message. Love the theme. That was an inventive performance and your acting was beautiful. Keep up the dance classes and development of your technique.
Maddie Fairbank – You have the ability, but the performance was a little untidy, a few things to develop; get closer to the microphone, click here for tips on microphone technique for singers, and click here for adding more on guitar dynamics to really give more depth and colour to the song. Great to demonstrate your musical skills. Loved the image.
Leah Jewel – You have a super tone and good projection which will serve you very well. Look to develop more performance work that stage to connect to your audience even more, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers. It would be lovely to see you sing a song you can relate to, to develop your skills even further. Great diction and beautifully delivered.
Hannah - Girl gone wild – Hard to take our eyes off you, a very engaging performance and your hair and costume were just great! You had great energy and looked like you were really enjoying it.
Grace – You’re singing the song well, but unfortunately the guitar work is a little too basic and as such it didn’t drive the tempo and pace of the performance, click here for more on adding guitar dynamics. You perform with such confidence, which is refreshing to see. The song was delivered beautifully.
Amelie Jadhav – The song choice is all wrong unfortunately, it’s too big for you at this moment in time, and you were struggling to keep on top of it. You have the power but all in good time. A good vocal coach will be able to assist you to be even better, click here for for tips on singing teachers and finding the right singing teacher.
Kiera Hewitt – Trainers, outfit and hair were awesome to make you stand out. Would have liked to have seen you use even more of the stage. Great confidence to this performance. The dance was really well choreographed. You’ve got a future!
Jeremiah Emmanuel – A solid and confident performance, you get better each time we see you. Good commitment and expression you have really impressed today! Great audience interaction. Your vocal range is very good. Try and make the song more individual to you for your next performance. You are so likeable!
Lizzy D – You have lovely tone, but don’t be so keen to pull the microphone away too soon, keep your composure. Look to use that stage more, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers. Watch your breathing to assist you to give more punch to the chorus and hooks rather than being in fifth gear throughout. Start to connect with the words you’re singing and this comes across well with the audience from the beginning to the end of the performance.
Hazel – Great delivery of dynamics, you really gave us super control to push through the chorus. Great projection and commitment to the performance.
MELODY 5 – Super! One of the best vocal groups we’ve seen for a long time. Super harmonies!! Lovely connection to each other. We loved how you really seemed to be enjoying yourselves. The acapella section was great too.
Lewis Clark – A very graceful and structured performance demonstrating super flexibility and almost effortless control. Sympathetic choreography with some difficult moves. Well executed and very expressive. Make sure your mixtape is as good quality as your performance, otherwise it detracts our attention. More emotion to the performance will take this to the next level.
Olivia Swinton – Good vocal projection and a cool image. Expression wise also look to embrace the optimism and positivity not just sadness, click here for tips on how to sing with emotion. Beautiful voice and well delivered. A little more stage presence is needed.
Harry Romer – Nice to see a mash up performance; consider not mashing up too many songs though, perhaps just two that marry well. Nice tone and delivery but look to commit even more to the performance. Would be good to hear some original music from you as you’ve got a lovely voice. You’re already a strong singer but you’re going to get even better.
Isla Victoria – It felt a good song in the sense that you connected well with the emotion in the song. You needed to improvise in the instrumental section, this could have been your opportunity to be creative! Strong vocal technique, a little wobbly at times but this is likely due to nerves.
Abby Murphy – You did so well to perform as much you did being on crutches and it was a song that lends itself to really using that stage. You adapted well and have super projection in your vocal to deliver a real climax to the performance by working the dynamics of the song to perfection. The microphone technique needs a little more work, you were too close at times, click here for tips on microphone technique for singers.
Katie Alford – You have all the moves it just felt like it needed a stronger tempo for the performance which you could have achieved as the song had lots of energy. Lovely smiley face which showed real enjoyment of your performance. Great choreography and artistic interpretation.
Leni Zieglmeier – You have a terrific vocal, just look to polish what you have, which is bags of talent. Play more with the vocal dynamics to really punch out the chorus so sometimes altering the tempo, projection and delivery can achieve this. Also look to use your eyes to connect more with the audience; what you want to achieve is that you are performing directly to everyone in the audience rather than looking above them. You have so much potential you just need to bring that connection to the music.
Ellie Grant – Well performed with a good use of the stage and stage presence. A current song which you made your own and a cool image. Be good to hear you perform your own songs which is so important to define you as an artist. Better use of the microphone to help manage the vocal level would help, click here for tips on microphone technique for singers. You stand out from the crowd which is good and have something super quirky about you!
Harmony – Like the song but to be even better play more with the vocal dynamics to really punch out the chorus, sometimes altering the tempo, projection and delivery can achieve this. Click here for more on bringing guitar dynamics to your performance too. Working the dynamics will really punch the chorus and hook through which is what you need to do. Found your performance hypnotising! You have a real quiet confidence.
Elle Doyle – Sometimes singing such an iconic popular song can only leave you coming up second best to the original artist, and although you did a great job it was neither better than the original or different enough, click here for more on the importance of song choice. Performance wise you were too static, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers. You gave a strong vocal delivery.
Lucie – The songs have loads of energy and you need to move and perform; you are way too static, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers. A lot of songs in this made the performance a little disjointed. You have a great voice though and we enjoyed it.
Kezia – Your hair is cool but your demeanour and expression is lacking. You have a super vocal but you need to work on giving us more expression, click here for tips on how to sing with emotion. Look to use the stage more and give us more presence! A mature delivery backed up with a strong voice.
Charlotte Manning – You performed it well, but at times the vocal performance felt like being on a rollercoaster, exciting at times and others slightly off centre. You have the potential and confidence but you need to be more consistent. Also, not sure what you were wearing showed us an image of the performer you want to be. Be confident in the instrumental, perform the whole way through the song. You had great interaction with the audience.
Oracene Drovi – Remember to perform as soon as you are on stage, it’s a missed opportunity to stand there waiting for when you have to sing your first words, get into performance mode from the start. Remember you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. You have a terrific husky vocal but you picked a massive iconic song to cover, click here for more on the importance of song choice. Enjoyed your rendition of this song, a lovely and genuine performance.
Bel – Super talented, now look to tidy up your presentation get closer to that microphone so your projection is at the maximum and look to commit more to the performance. Like the fact that you stood performing but use your body to communicate. You’ve got a lovely tone to your voice and a great vocal range. Your song writing is really good, keep it up.
Joules – You have a super vocal, and good projection and tone. The song and mix you picked to perform to had lots of energy and you would have benefitted from performing more. Think like a pop star and think of a stage image a bit more. Very strong vocal delivery, but you need to make the song your own. Plenty of potential that remains unexploited. You already look like a pop star!
Will Daniels – Such a confident performer, a real entertainer to give as a very enjoyable performance. You worked the stage well and your expression in telling the story was spot on. Just take care not to over-cook the vocals and push too hard at the expense of losing control. Your interaction with the audience was great.
Georgie & Molly – Loved the song choice and you could see how much practice you had put in. Just take care not too over spin on some of your turns. Some great holds and a real improvement! Great choreography. Some difficult moves which were well executed. You both work well together, the chemistry is evident.
Hatty – A strong start with the chords to set the tone of the song, super playing. Look to drive your vocal harder at the appropriate points and relax the tempo and projection before attacking the crucial points. Good dynamic finish and lovely original song. Your delivery was a little too energetic for a song that probably would’ve suited a softer approach.
Margaret Perryman – Great to hear you performing your own song, would have liked to have heard a more distinct hook though. Performance wise look to use the stage more, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers. Vocally just take care with your diction so we can hear every word you sing.
Hollie Findlay – Sometimes singing such an iconic popular song can only leave you coming up second best to the original artist, and although you did a great job it was neither better than the original or different enough, click here for more on the importance of song choice. Performance wise you were too static even though it was good to see you took the microphone off the stand and work the stage, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers.
Summer Parris – Super image, and good expression and commitment to the performance. Look to use more of the stage you located much of the performance in the centre so look to use the whole stage, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers. A confident performance with good audience interaction.
Annabel – You tell a story so well, you get better every time we see you. Your delivery, your dynamics and connection to the emotion in the song are just fantastic! Lovely melodic original track with lovely lyrics. Emotionally delivered.
Lashayah – Good to see you try something different. The songs had a lot of movement and energy in them and you are not as confident working the stage as you are a singer. You bring a good energy to your performance, just need to tighten up everything surrounding this to perfect your performance.
Tenisha – Great to see you perform with a smile on your face throughout. You used the stage well with a committed performance! Loved your creativity, you were in character the entire time.
Beaux Beatz – You look good together and work the stage well. For the individual parts, vocally you all do well however, you need to work on the sections when you all come together. It did improve as the performance went on, but work on your harmonies more. Loved the use of the stage.
Mikkah – You have a powerful vocal and super tone, look to perform more and give us more expression conveying the emotion in the song with your facial expressions and body. Your diction wasn’t great, which made you lose quality of the song. Working on your performance will help take it to the next level.
Morgan Metson – Powerful vocals which the song choice demanded. Look to use your body more to convey the emotion in the song! Lovely vibrato. Would be good to see you make more use of the stage to bring everything together and take it to that next level, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers. Great vocal range.
Destiny – Super song choice always a great shout picking a song from the opposite gender as it forces you to change it. You have a super voice, it’s strong and controlled, with a wonderful tone. Please do not look down when you’re performing, we need that connection to help see how much you’re enjoying it and feeling about it.
Scarlet – Great to see you conveying an image which is so important for an artist. Would have liked to have seen more performance; use the body to emphasise the emotion in the song you don’t have to remain rooted to the spot, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers. You have a lovely aura to you on stage and it’s a great original song!
Arion – You gave a real modern feel to the act, however it could have more of a live feel with the pads and key work being the dominate sound. Could maybe look to tidy up the cables so visually it's a bit more professional. Good commitment to the performance, but watch your mic control and don't go out of range of the mic, click here for tips on microphone technique for singers.
Sahrali Frances –– Sometimes singing such an iconic popular song can only leave you coming up second best to the original artist, and although you did a great job it was neither better than the original or different enough, click here for more on the importance of song choice. Performance wise you were too static, even though it was good to see you took the microphone off the stand you needed to work the stage more, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers.
Charlotte Sara – Good commitment to the song, just take care with your microphone control as you were pulling away too much from the mic and losing the volume in your vocal, click here for tips on microphone technique for singers. Also don’t push the vocal to hard and lose your control.
RIKA – You picked a dance song to sing which is cool, but you should have performed more to the rhythm of the song at times like when the song did an initial change up, it was a little clumsy; look to be on point and slick. Watch your expression and perhaps look to smile and show you are enjoying yourself!
Amelya Chappell – You have some fantastic moves but it felt like it could have flowed more to give us more impact. You are a wonderful dancer, with great technical ability. It would have been good to see you bring out the dramatic side of the piece to take it to the next level.
Arlo Parks – It looked cool to wear sunglasses, but of course that means you are not giving any eye contact which is important to connect with your audience. Also you need to consider if you sit down you restrict your movement, so you are maybe missing out on using the some tools at your disposal to convey the emotion in the music. Your musical skills are great and your voice is so smooth.
Erika Soteri – Singing such an iconic popular song can only leave you coming up second best to the original artist, and although you did a great job it was neither better than the original or different enough, click here for more on the importance of song choice. Also click here for tips on how to sing with emotion to bring more expression and consider not just bringing the pain but also the optimism to your performance too.
Ragan Price – It never really works to have someone playing over a backing track, either go live or stick to the playback. As a singer you have improved no end in the last few years, look to work the stage with more purpose, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers. To some extent the guitar playing put you off your pitch.
Alex'Nicole Jamieson – What a fantastic dress, to really give a fantastic first expression. You have a power house of a voice, but be more confident in yourself as you are great! However, singing such an iconic popular song can only leave you coming up second best to the original artist, and although you did a great job it was neither better than the original or different enough, so click here for more on the importance of song choice.
A-game – You can see you put masses of practice into a really well worked routine. You are flawless dancers, but it would have been good to see a bit more of the acting side in your performance too.
Morgan Smith – Super delivery and expression, extra points if you changed the lyrics. You worked the stage well and that’s the best we’ve ever seen you; great to see you starting to flourish, well done!
Nicole Finch – You have bags of ability with a super vocal but you need to think about how you stand out as an artist more, both with your performance and image, click here for tips on stage performance tips for singers.
Cassa Jackson – The song has a really big sound, it perhaps could do with working the hook a little more to make it stand out, not sure the vocal hook is something that will stick hard enough to remember on the way home. Could be just a case of changing the delivery and dynamics, click here for more on adding vocal dynamics.
Amy Walklett – A good shout to sing a song more well known for being sung by an artist of the opposite sex as it forces you to change it. It was a lovely, individual performance.
Presto Performing Arts – It's so entertaining watching you loving performing so much. Loved the start with the torches, that was really different and the costumes were just fantastic. Great energy and choreography, well done!
Tony Allford – Very freestyle, liked it and mashing up the new and old worked well as a mash up. Performance wise you used the stage but it needed more swag and polish!
Alesha McKenzie – You have super a strong and power vocal, but look to be smarter with it and change the vocal dynamics more. Beautifully delivered performance.
Roadstead – Good harmonies and the song choice really suited your vocal. As a duo look across at each other with just a glance or a smile to show connection between you both. You built the song well but there is potential to build it even more to quite a climax. A super song choice for you though!
E-Kidz – Genius routine to the music, the cheroegraphy is spot on! Fast paced and so energetic, so you dare not take your eyes off them! Turn away and you risk missing something. Brilliant, well done!
Lara Goodwin – You have an amazing voice, but it was a big song to pick and in order to reach the high notes you forced your vocal losing control at times, click here for more on the importance of song choice.
Amber Silver – You have great stage presence and a powerful vocal but sometimes singing such an iconic popular song can only leave you coming up second best to the orginal artist, even though you did give a good job, click here for more on the importance of song choice. Sian Bennett – Great choreography, a beautifully delievered dance with strong emotion and expression.

UNTAMED – A slick routine and very engaging. A very enjoyable and entertaining performance to end the show!
