TEENSTAR SINGING AUDITIONS

2015 SINGING AUDITIONS

The TeenStar singing competition is the UK’s biggest search for unsigned teenage and pre-teen acts, with serious prizes and opportunities for those serious about developing their talent and music.

TeenStar is a nationwide singing competition which saw over 8,000 acts audition last year. The next TeenStar singing auditions start in January, and will search for the UK’s best singers, singer-songwriters, rappers and vocalists aged 19 or under.

TeenStar have music industry judges attend every stage of the competition from the singing auditions to the Grand Final, with judges from the three major record labels Universal, Warner and Sony attending last year. View our competition judges here.

ABOUT TEENSTAR SINGING AUDITIONS

TeenStar is open to all genres and acts can perform either covers or their own original songs. The competition offer competitors the opportunity to attend singing auditions for the chance to perform live in front of industry judges and large audiences, generating valuable media attention and exposure!

If you are good enough to make it through to the live shows you'll perform live to capacity audiences at some of the best venues in the country, with past Grand Finals being held at The NEC in Birmingham and within The O2 in London!

2015 SINGING AUDITIONS

Anyone can enter the TeenStar singing auditions - as long as you have parental consent and think you have a great voice, there’s a place for you in TeenStar.

The music contest is divided into three age categories:

  • Pre-Teens – 12 and Under
  • Mid-Teens – 13-15
  • Late-Teens – 16-19

All types of singers, singer-songwriters, duos and groups are invited to enter TeenStar. The competition’s main aim is to discover an act that has the ability to become a professional recording artist.

TeenStar gives you the chance to really test how good you are, with only the most talented of those who attend the singing auditions progressing to perform at the live shows. Whatever level of singer you are we provide feedback and assistance with development along the way and with previous winners including teen sensation Birdy, who knows where it could lead!
